Today is the National Teddy Bear Picnic! So grabbing some of the cutest little girls I know and we headed into the woods to try and find some cuddly bears having their own picnic! After searching high and low we lucked out and found a big group of them having a grand old time!
I have the Teddy Bear Picnic coming up so I had the idea to make bear rolls for the sandwiches. I didn’t have directions exactly so I winged it. This is how they looked right before the second rising. I was SO excited with how they were looking and I knew they’d give the perfect touch to the picnic.
We had our annual 4th of July BBQ. This is probably my favorite decoration I did for the party. I created a “hallway” of balloons and a path of stars leading our guests into the backyard. My husband cut out the star pattern from cardboard and then spray painted them onto the grass. We’ll be VERY patriotic for quite some time! 😉
We’ve had quite a few sickly ones to visit recently! My brother had surgery, then 2 days after that my dad had surgery and then one week after that our niece had surgery! Since cookies always make me feel better I was hoping they’d help them while healing. So I grabbed their favorite cookies and made these cards to go along with them. I added a bow to my niece’s tough cookie. Hopefully, we’re done with hospitals for a good amount of time but just in case…send healing thoughts our way! 😉
