I had our Halloween activities day at my house. I thought it’d be fun to do a spooky dinner and then play Halloween jeopardy after. We feasted on Zombie Brains & Witch Eyes: Purple spaghetti & meatballs with olives. Withered leaves: Salad. Vampire Repellent: Garlic Bread
It was really easy to make the purple spaghetti. While you’re boiling the water drop in some food coloring and then add your noodles. Add a teaspoon of olive oil right before you’re ready to drain. It helps keep it from staining your dishes and keeps the noodles from becoming one bit clump of purple!
I found these really cute headbands at Michael’s for a dollar so I put one on every place setting.
We toned down our Halloween jeopardy questions and made them very child-friendly (lots of Disney villain questions) and they did great! This was the grand prize! The mask and box I found at Target’s 2.00 section and the others I found at my local dollar store. It was a lot of fun getting one more Halloween event in before the season was over!
