This breakfast pizza has been a favorite in my family for years! I don’t remember it not having a place at my parent’s annual Christmas brunch.
2 pkg crescent rolls (we use Pillsbury)
2 c hashbrowns
1/4 c milk
1/4 tsp pepper
2-3 c shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 1/2 lbs ground sausage (we like the spicy kind)
1/2 tsp salt
2 T parmesan cheese
Spread crescent rolls on 12×17 pan, remember to spray the pan with Pam first. Brown and drain the sausage. Mix sausage with the eggs and remaining ingredients. Spread mixture on top of dough and bake at 350 for 24-30 minutes.
This recipe is so great because it feeds a lot of people and it’s so customizable! We’ve used bacon instead of sausage, added peppers, onions and tomatoes for veggie versions!
